MISSION

The KRUK SA Group guards social and legal norms according to which debts must be paid. We're helping pay off debts. We act ethically, with the interest and good reputation of our clients in mind and respecting the dignity of the debtors. Our development is based on innovation, professionalism of operations and reliability.

VALUES

We act in compliance with legal regulations, industry standards (Code of Best Debt Collection Practice), principles of social intercourse as well as in compliance with internal procedures and instructions. We know however that procedures and regulations are not able to describe and regulate each and every relationships arising in business. That is why we have developed “The values of KRUK”. This document is a set of norms, a kind of code of ethics prescribing the manner in which our activity is to be carried on, including relations with customers, contracting parties, debtors as well as between KRUK Group employees. The above values are known to each employee of every KRUK Group company. We are all obliged to follow them in our daily work.
 

In contacts with partners:

  • We do not make promises that we cannot keep. We know our capabilities and we make our offers in such a manner so as to be able to fulfil all the obligations undertaken.
  • We adopt an individual approach to the expectations of our clients.  We understand their needs and try to offer them optimum solutions.
  • We respect all our competitors. We take challenges, we try to keep our leading position on the market but we always play fair.
  • We treat the information obtained during our relationships with partners as confidential. We protect its confidentiality and do not disclose it to any third parties.
  • We avoid conflict of interest. If we suspect a conflict of interest we inform all interested parties and try to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
  • Our co-operation with partners is based on transparent and honest principles.  We do not tolerate any form of corruption.

In contacts with debtors:

  • The dignity of debtors is their inalienable right. We treat persons against whom we conduct our debt collection efforts with due respect for themselves and for their rights.
  • We help them get out of the debt trap. Our priority is to offer debtors effective support in resolving their debt problems.

 Within the company:

  • We respect the opinions of all employees. We let them be expressed provided that they do not infringe on the rights or dignity of other persons.
  • We protect the good reputation of our company. Both at work and outside we feel responsible for our company’s image.
  • We foster good relations among KRUK Group employees. We know that success is easier to achieve in the atmosphere of understanding and mutual trust. We build trust on the foundation of our own reliability.
  • We help each other. We share our experience with all co-workers who need our help.
  • We believe in the power of teamwork. We make at least the same demands on ourselves as we make on others.
