KRUK has been a long-time leader of the Polish receivables management market. Among other things, the company’s top position is attributable to its innovative IT solutions supporting debt collection. KRUK has been creating and developing its original applications and IT solutions and has been constantly looking for young and skillful IT specialists. No wonder, then, that the company became involved in a competition promoting IT talents.

During its 12-year history KRUK has created many original IT solutions. Already in 2002, the company’s IT team started work on KRUK’s original advanced debt collection system known by the charming name of Delfin (Dolphin). The application makes it possible to effectively manage millions of accounts worth several billion Polish zloty. The most recent product is e-KRUK, a web-based application enabling people with debts to manage their past due accounts via the Internet and without the participation of KRUK employees. e-KRUK is a perfect tool for people who want to quickly resolve their debt problem and to avoid personal contact with a debt collection company. It can be compared to Internet banking.

“The IT solutions created by our team were appreciated also in prestigious competitions,” said Łukasz Neuman, IT Director at KRUK SA. ”This year we were awarded the “IT Leader 2010” title in the competition organised by the “Computerworld” monthly (in previous years we were twice in the finals). Our other success is the “Innovation Leader” title received for the e-KRUK service."

KRUK has been constantly looking for young talented graduates and students of IT departments. The company offers employment to the most skilful programmers, administrators and other IT specialists and KRUK’s current IT staff includes more than 80 people working in Wrocław, Szczawno-Zdrój and Bucharest and Targoviste in Romania where KRUK established a subsidiary.

It is no wonder, then, that KRUK has been playing an active role in promoting fresh IT talents and is again among the sponsors of the Wałbrzych-based competition organised for young people. It is quite possible that among the students taking part in the “IT T@lents” competition the company will find the authors of its future successes.
