On Tuesday (10 May 2011) the shares of KRUK SA, Poland’s largest receivables management company made their debut on the main market of the WSE. The debut was very successful, as on the first day KRUK’s shareholders earned 5% .
The first minutes of the company’s presence on the trading floor were quiet. At the opening, the price of the shares went up by 0.18% on the issue price reaching PLN 39.77. Later however, the share price of the Wrocław-based debt collection company started to grow sharply, reaching PLN 41.71 at the closing (increase by 5.1%). The price of the allotment certificates (PDA) of KRUK SA went up even more and at the end of the trading day it stood at PLN 41.91 (up by 5.6%).
During the session 920,000 of the company’s shares changed hands and in block deals the trading volume reached 1.5 million shares.
KRUK is the nineteenth company which made its debut on the main market in 2011 and number 411 issuer on the WSE.
