Ventura for the fourth time

KRUK has won the Ventura prize for the Most Dynamic Company 2010. Awarded annually by Enterprise Investors to their best portfolio companies, the statuette has been received by the Wrocław-based company already for the fourth time.

KRUK is the largest receivables management company in Poland and among the leading players in Romania. Since May 2011 the company’s shares have been quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Ventura 2010 in the Most Dynamic Company category is a token of appreciation for the company’s achievement last year. In 2010, KRUK’s revenues increased by 28%, while net profit went up by 64%.

“The award received from Enterprise Investors is especially precious for us because it confirms that the development strategy we have adopted is appreciated by our financial investor,” says Piotr Krupa, President of the Board of KRUK SA. “The award is a result of the work and great commitment of the entire KRUK team for which, taking this opportunity, I would like to sincerely thank you,” he added.

The Ventura statuettes were awarded to KRUK four times already, including three times in the Most Dynamic Company category (2006, 2008 and 2010) and once in the Manager of the Year category. Three years ago the above title was received by Piotr Krupa, KRUK SA President. Enterprise Investors  is one of the largest private equity and venture capital companies in Poland. This year it awarded the Ventura prizes for the tenth time already.
