The KRUK SA Group is the first company on the Polish market to introduce a service in which debt collection and the provision of credit information are combined in a single process. The service includes the collection of debts from the client’s debtors and registration of the debt details in Rejestr Dłużników ERIF BIG S.A. (ERIF credit information bureau). As a result, the effectiveness of debt collection activities is notably increased. Additionally, before entering the debt details imported from the client’s system to the Rejestr Dłużników ERIF database, the debt collection company checks the data for compliance with the credit reporting act (amount of debt, due dates, etc.).

Other services offered by the Rejestr Dłuznikow ERIF credit information bureau include:

• registration of debtor details in the ERIF database;
• registration of information about good payers;
• generation of reports on liabilities from the ERIF database.
