Judicial collection and supervision over enforcement by court enforcement officers are the main areas of activity of the RAVEN Law Firm being a member of the KRUK Group.

The law firm can represent the client in proceedings before courts of law aimed at obtaining the writ of execution (also including the Bank Enforcement Title).

If the RAVEN Law Firm has the writ of execution it can represent the client during enforcement proceedings. RAVEN can also handle cases with respect to which a decision has been issued stating ineffectiveness of enforcement by a court enforcement officer or when the creditor’s claims have not been satisfied in full. In such cases, it can apply to the court enforcement officer to repeat enforcement measures.

Thanks to the above activities, the chances for recovering the debt increase, the creditor does not incur additional costs and does not risk their claim’s becoming time-barred.
