KRUK is a member of the Conference of Financial Companies – Association of Employers. The Conference is an association of banks and other organizations whose core activities include granting or intermediation in the granting of consumer credits and loans, provision of business intelligence services as well as of companies offering receivables management services.

The purpose of the Conference is to be an association of companies which operate in accordance with the law, observe the rules of honesty in trade and abide by the highest ethical standards and to lobby in the process of preparing legislation concerning loans and debt collection. As a Conference member, KRUK has initiated the drafting of the “Fair Collection Practices Code”.
