As an administrator of personal data we ensure data security including in particular protection against unauthorised access. KRUK S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław guarantees all data subjects the exercise of rights provided to them by the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), including in particular the right to access the data, the right to demand data updating and removal and the right to object in cases specified by the above-mentioned Act. The personal data database administered by KRUK S.A. has been reported to the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
